Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kaurs Fashion Fusion . We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Standard Delivery: All orders are delivered within  5-7 business days.

  • Weekend Policy: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

  • High Volume Delay: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Kaurs fashion fusion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

(Note: If you only ship domestically, you can change this to: "Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.")

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at kaursfashionfusion@gmail.com .

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged items to help us resolve the issue quickly.
